At the International Coordinating Team (ICT) we have about 70 members of staff, including a number of families. We believe that each person is an important part of the team. You will feature the work of our current five community outreach teams, some of our specialised teams such as Kids 'n' Things and our Chinese team, our training programmes and our other vital support ministries. You will also have the opportunity to join some of our short-term missions in order to interview some of our short-term participants and write the final report at the end of the mission.

The regional co-ordinator's role is to lead OM's representation to local churches and individuals in his/her region of the UK. We currently have regional co-ordinators representing us in only five regions – there is scope for another half a dozen! The role involves taking meetings on behalf of OM, meeting church leaders, helping OMers strengthen relationships with their sending churches and supporters, organizing meetings for visiting speakers and presentation teams, etc.

OM Lifehope is looking for qualified male and female youth workers to work with an established youth work. You will have regular meetings with the youth, visit their friends, and develop relationships with families. With the doors wide open for accepting overseas students, about 80,000 students have come from Mainland China.
You will be joining an established ministry team reaching out to Chinese people in the UK including Cantonese speaking residents, Mandarin speaking students from mainland China and English-speaking, British-born Chinese. The team has been helping the Chinese churches with Bible study groups, evangelism training and preaching. You will also be involved in street evangelism and reaching out to univeristy students.
You will get orientation to the Chinese culture and relevant training. Your training will include the general "Toolkit" induction training, an adventure week for team building and leadership development, and regular seminar weeks based at our Training Centre.

This includes to set-up and speak at church meetings in London and occasionally in Europe, inviting, encouraging and challenging people to get involved in OM Turning Point’s ministry. Also co-ordinating with the communications department to develop recruiting materials for these meetings. Help set up a financial development system.

Are you eager to know about the Chinese people and serve them? Then come and join our Chinese ministry team. Here in the UK, there are about 300,000 Chinese with about 97% of them non-believers. With the doors wide open for accepting overseas students, about 80,000 students have come from Mainland China.
You will be joining an established ministry team reaching out to Chinese people in the UK including Cantonese speaking residents, Mandarin speaking students from mainland China and English-speaking, British-born Chinese. The team has been helping the Chinese churches with Bible study groups, evangelism training and preaching. You will also be involved in street evangelism and reaching out to univeristy students.
You will get orientation to the Chinese culture and relevant training. Your training will include the general "Toolkit" induction training, an adventure week for team building and leadership development, and regular seminar weeks based at our Training Centre.

With the doors wide open for accepting overseas students, about 80,000 students have come from Mainland China.
You will be joining an established ministry team reaching out to Chinese people in the UK including Cantonese speaking residents, Mandarin speaking students from mainland China and English-speaking, British-born Chinese. The team has been helping the Chinese churches with Bible study groups, evangelism training and preaching. You will also be involved in street evangelism and reaching out to univeristy students.

Are you eager to know about the Chinese people and serve them? Then come and join our Chinese ministry team. Here in the UK, there are about 300,000 Chinese with about 97% of them non-believers. With the doors wide open for accepting overseas students, about 80,000 students have come from Mainland China.
You will be joining an established ministry team reaching out to Chinese people in the UK including Cantonese speaking residents, Mandarin speaking students from mainland China and English-speaking, British-born Chinese. The team has been helping the Chinese churches with Bible study groups, evangelism training and preaching. You will also be involved in street evangelism and reaching out to univeristy students.
You will get orientation to the Chinese culture and relevant training. Your training will include the general "Toolkit" induction training, an adventure week for team building and leadership development, and regular seminar weeks based at our Training Centre.

The international training coordinator will work with the other training professionals in the department to support and network with trainers across the organization, to develop training strategy, policy and ethos, and to assist in presenting effective training to meet OM’s needs.

The regional co-ordinator's role is to lead OM's representation to local churches and individuals in his/her region of the UK. Assisting our financial development staff with administration, especially with fundraising from government agencies, trusts, businesses and other organisations. One of the key factors in recruiting and in keeping staff is the availability of relevant training.
