The regional co-ordinator's role is to lead OM's representation to local churches and individuals in his/her region of the UK.  We currently have regional co-ordinators representing us in only five regions – there is scope for another half a dozen!    The role involves taking meetings on behalf of OM, meeting church leaders, helping OMers strengthen relationships with their sending churches and supporters, organizing meetings for visiting speakers and presentation teams, etc.

Each year 200+ people from the UK take part in 'Global Challenge' events - short-term (2 weeks to 3 months) outreaches in every corner of the world.  This role involves communicating with those interested in taking part - by phone, email, letter, etc., then processing applications and helping Global Challenge participants with preparation, travel etc.    There will be opportunities to go with other team members taking meetings to promote 'Global Challenge' and an opportunity to take part in one Global Challenge outreach each year.
Building good relationships with 'Global Challenge' participants is a key part of this role, so follow-up after their return to the UK will also be part of the role

Our community outreach teams are involved in leading weekly youth clubs with our partner churches.  We need an experienced youth worker to come alongside them to mentor and train them in youth work.  At least once a year, we also organise "Teens in Missions"(TiM) in the UK.  In the planning stages, there are resources and training sessions to prepare for the teenagers. During the mission, there will be orientation and training sessions to be delivered, followed by an outreach programme. All year there are many other opportunities to develop further youth initiatives through our contacts in local secondary schools and community projects.

The Youth Track will equip you to be an effective and committed youth worker while gaining a formal UK qualification: The National Certificate in Christian Youth Work.  You will receive high quality and relevant training and experience life in a church-based international team.

After an initial time of orientation and training, you will be placed in a Community Outreach Team where you have an unrivalled opportunity to get hands on involvement in evangelism in the UK and experience life in a diverse multicultural team.

Each week throughout the year you will study with Engage! our partner organization in this programme. It uses interactive training days together, distance learning materials, work with young people and help from a mentor to enable you to learn more about youth work and develop your own understanding and skills. Activities involve various administrative tasks, including typing documents, making timetables, planning programmes and maintaining calendars. Do you enjoy working in an office environment and do you have an eye for details?  Do you want to serve in a vital support role?  Then the bookkeeper role at our Training Centre is for you!  Your duties will include accounting, administrative and bookkeeping tasks in our finance office.  You will handle petty cash, data entry, payments of bills, accounts, banking and record keeping.

You will be part of OM Lifehope's international community, living and working alongside people from at least 25 different nationalities.  You will attend our daily devotional times every morning and our weekly prayer nights every Thursday.  Once a week, you will also be able to take part in an outreach activity of your choice, maybe help out at a kids club, youth meeting or one of our local community projects.

With the doors wide open for accepting overseas students, about 80,000 students have come from Mainland China.
 
You will be joining an established ministry team reaching out to Chinese people in the UK including Cantonese speaking residents, Mandarin speaking students from mainland China and English-speaking, British-born Chinese. The team has been helping the Chinese churches with Bible study groups, evangelism training and preaching. You will also be involved in street evangelism and reaching out to univeristy students.

With the doors wide open for accepting overseas students, about 80,000 students have come from Mainland China.
 
You will be joining an established ministry team reaching out to Chinese people in the UK including Cantonese speaking residents, Mandarin speaking students from mainland China and English-speaking, British-born Chinese. The team has been helping the Chinese churches with Bible study groups, evangelism training and preaching. You will also be involved in street evangelism and reaching out to univeristy students.

The regional co-ordinator's role is to lead OM's representation to local churches and individuals in his/her region of the UK.  We currently have regional co-ordinators representing us in only five regions – there is scope for another half a dozen!    The role involves taking meetings on behalf of OM, meeting church leaders, helping OMers strengthen relationships with their sending churches and supporters, organizing meetings for visiting speakers and presentation teams, etc.

Our database is a crucial tool in helping OM UK connect with Christians across the UK, helping us provide people, finance and prayer for the work of OM worldwide.  The Database Administrator ensures regular and ongoing partner data quality control and enforces all partner data usage and maintenance policies across all OM UK office departments. This entails data quality and usage audits, data cleanup, ensuring legal compliance, ensuring efficient data maintenance, segmentation and user training, as well as actively growing the database.

Our training centre is used mainly for training events and seminars, for groups coming on mission exposure trips and for other overnight visitors.  It is a residential Training Centre with 40 beds and conference facilities.

You will be working as part of OM Lifehope's international community with the chance to live and work alongside people from at least 24 different nationalities.

Do you have an eye for figures?  Are you the kind of person who can have an overview of accounts?  Then the Finance Manager role at OM Lifehope is for you!  You will be responsible for managing the finance team,  including all the accounts and reports.  You will oversee all financial transaction and ensure good financial policies are in place.

You will be part of OM Lifehope's international community, living and working alongside people from at least 25 different nationalities. You will join our daily devotional times and our weekly prayer evening every Thursday.

Each year 200+ people from the UK take part in 'Global Challenge' events - short-term (2 weeks to 3 months) outreaches in every corner of the world.  This role involves communicating with those interested in taking part - by phone, email, letter, etc., then processing applications and helping Global Challenge participants with preparation, travel etc.    There will be opportunities to go with other team members taking meetings to promote 'Global Challenge' and an opportunity to take part in one Global Challenge outreach each year.
Building good relationships with 'Global Challenge' participants is a key part of this role, so follow-up after their return to the UK will also be part of the role

The regional co-ordinator's role is to lead OM's representation to local churches and individuals in his/her region of the UK.  We currently have regional co-ordinators representing us in only five regions – there is scope for another half a dozen!    The role involves taking meetings on behalf of OM, meeting church leaders, helping OMers strengthen relationships with their sending churches and supporters, organizing meetings for visiting speakers and presentation teams, etc.

We require one person for general maintenance such as decoration, simple maintenance jobs at the UK National Office in Shropshire.  You need to be able to work without direct supervision, and experience would be a help, but not essential.  Willingness to learn and flexibility are needed.
Supervision will be provided by our maintenance manager.

We need one person to help us maintain the beautiful grounds around the site at the UK National office in Shropshire, and to work on external projects around the buildings.  This will involve grass maintenance, gardening and large shrubbery maintenance.
Supervision will be provided by our maintenance manager.  This is a part time role;  someone interested in serving full-time could use the rest of their time helping the maintenance dept.
