MERCYAPPEAL 2007

Dear Friends,

Thank you for taking the time to read this update on our Mercy Appeal. Over the last year your generous giving enabled us to support a wide range of work in many different countries around the world. In each case funds were sent in response to a cry for help from our teams as they came across people in great need.

As I think about this I am one again reminded of Jesus’ unconditional acts of kindness to people He met. He healed the lame, fed the hungry, made the blind to see, set the oppressed free…in all these He beautifully displayed God’s heart for the hurting.

In a small way the Mercy Appeal is an extension of Jesus’ unconditional ministry to the poor, the marginalised and the outcasts of our world today. Thank you for your support.

May God bless you abundantly,

Yours sincerely,
Andrew Prentice
Development Director
