While serving in the US Air Force, Andy was ordained into the ministry to preach the Gospel. However, after retirement Andy and his wife Gail felt the call to go into missions. This was in 1995 and they joined OM two years later. Their ministry started in London, supporting the ongoing work of OM Founder George Verwer and then took them to the OM UK office and Canada. Although Andy has spent of much of that time preparing people for short-term mission trips, he is now the regional co-ordinator for OM in North England. He feels his gifting and talents make this a tailor-made role. Andy and Gail’s three daughters live in the States and the couple are also proud grandparents. Outside of work and family commitments, Andy is a keen traveller and has visited countries as diverse as Russia, Egypt and India!
