Transform 2012 Albania - Give Love to the Unloved: Albania

Transform2012 (www.transform.om.org) is a unified effort around the Mediterranean to create momentum for the Gospel by mobilising people and training them in telling their personal God story.

The purpose of this outreach is to give love to those who are generally unloved in Albania – the Gypsy community.

Be part of a team that will reach out to the Gypsy community and share God’s amazing love with them.

Ministry Details

16th to 21st July 2012 – central conference in Rome, Italy
21st July 2012 – travel from Rome to Tirana, Albania.
21st to 30 July 2012 – outreach

Working with the Emmanuel Centre (regular outreach to Gypsies), you will be part of loving on and showing God’s love to this community. This will be done through visiting in homes, kids’ meetings, playing football and sharing the hope of God with those you meet.

Participant Profile

We are looking for people who have a heart for all people regardless of their race or background. Participants should be flexible and open to serving in different ways, and be culturally sensitive in sharing their faith.

Accommodation:

Participants will stay in the local OM Centre. All bedding, etc will be provided.

Food:

All meals will be provided.

Travel:

You need to book and pay for your own travel to Rome on the 16th July, Rome to Tirana, Albania on 21st July and from Tirana back home on the 30th July.
How to find us: The conference will take place in the area of Rome. Detailed information about travel to the conference site will be given to you by your local OM office.

Health:

Participants should be in good health and able to fully take part in the programme.

Visa:

People coming from the EU, USA, Canada, Australia and South Korea should not need a visa to come for less than 90 days. All other nationalities should check with their local embassy. Invitation letters can be provided upon request.
