Dave and Hsiu-Ju are based in the OM New Zealand office in Auckland with their children Timothy and Hannah.

Dave serves as Personnel Officer with responsibility for handling enquiries and applications for people interested in both short-term and long-term missions. He is also in regular contact with the Kiwis on the field in order to provide member care for them.

Hsiu-Ju is OM New Zealand's Finance Officer, handling all the support money that comes in for Kiwis, as well as sorting out the payment of bills, income tax, keeping the Board up to date with finance reports and organising the annual external audit of accounts.
