OM Albania is in desperate need of an administrator. Across OM, we have a strong need for individuals gifted in administration to aid ministry taking place on the mission field.

Job Overview

Those with administrative skills are needed in almost every facet of ministry.  Tasks include:

  • ensuring that outreaches, meetings and programmes operate with efficiency.
  • organising paperwork and coordinating volunteers.
  • organising events with attention to detail.

Requirements

  • Work well within an international team.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • Good understanding and ability of Microsoft Office.
  • Can work well under pressure.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Flexible.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Willing to learn Albanian.

Most people joining OM raise financial support towards the cost of their salaries/expenses. This is usually through gifts from home churches and other supporters. Training and support in this is provided.
