We want to share the good news – and the real meaning of Easter – with the people of Berlin, with a particular focus on the immigrant community. At the same time we would like to encourage the participants in their walk with God and to help them learn and grow in boldness with regards to evangelism.

Ministry Details

It will be a time of training, praying and fellowship – and of course going out onto the streets of Berlin to share the love of God.

The time in Berlin will consist of prayer, team training and workshops where you will learn creative, hands-on tools to help you share your faith with others. There will be daily outreaches in various parts of the city.

The programme from the stage will be held in English and German, with translation options into Farsi, Arabic and Turkish. 

Participant Profile

Participants who walk with Jesus and want to grow in being his disciple. You need to be willing to learn and able to be on your feet for a whole afternoon. You also need to be willing to take public transport from the hostel to the church (about 15-20 minutes.)

Accommodation

Accommodation in a local youth hostel is included in the registration cost. Participants are also welcome to find their own accommodation at their own cost (in which case the fee will be adjusted accordingly).

Food

All meals, apart from lunch on the 30th, will be provided from the evening of the 28th through to breakfast on the 1st. We are able to offer vegetarian meals as well as lactose-free meals. 

Travel

During the outreach, local transport tickets need to be brought by the participants themselves (9,50 EUR per day or 39 EUR for a 7-day ticket).

You would need to book a flight to Berlin Airport (BER) or if you are arriving by train, to Berlin train station. We will provide you with more details at a later stage. Arrival needs to be by 6pm on Thursday and departure is possible from 11am on Monday.

Please do not book flights unless you have received an acceptance email.

Health

You should have general good health and also be able to be on your feet for almost the whole day. 

Visa

British citizens do not require a visa for entering Germany for less than 90 days.

Price excludes flights, travel, lunch on the 30th and insurance and is subject to change according to the exchange rate.

Individuals applying must be 18 or over.
