We aim to give participants
- knowledge, and experiences to help them grow, and continue growing, in their knowledge of, and intimacy, with God and awareness of self.
- an understanding of God’s heart for the nations. We particularly focus on what God is doing amongst Muslim people in the world and within our movement, while exposing participants to various opportunities. Participants will learn biblical and proven skills and tools to engage Muslim peoples. Participants will be provided opportunities to apply what they have learnt within Turkey and another Muslim country.
The Caravan MDT 5 month discipleship programme is an awesome opportunity for young people to connect with the least reached at the same time that they grow in their faith and relationship with God and others.
|Dates:||Monday, 04 February 2019 – Friday, 05 July 2019|

As a result of MDT Caravan, we want to see global participants, including MBB’s, walking in step with God as their hearts and experience is stretched. We want to equip them practically and with confidence to engage with Muslims as a member of our teams or in their home church in the Muslim world or the diaspora.
Participants need to be flexible, teachable, somewhat adventurous as they explore and adjust to a new environment. Participants need to be in good health as the MDT programme requires a lot of walking and travelling.
People will be staying in rented flats sharing with other participants or in the homes of other workers.
Students are given food allowances each week and expected to cater for themselves by a simple lifestyle. Some team meals will be shared together.
Participants need to get to Antalya. The Antalya International Airport (AYT) is the prefered airport for arrivals. All ministry travel during the MDT is covered.
In addition to the requirement of Personal insurance, basic private insurance will be purchased in Turkey when applying for a residence permit (cost for this is included in participants fees).
Before arriving in Turkey, participants need to apply for an e-visa's online or through their embassy or consulate. In country participants will be assisted to apply for a residence permit. https://www.evisa.gov.tr/en/
