Our purpose is to proclaim the Gospel to people from an Orthodox background that have probably never heard how to develop a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

We will evangelise in the commune of Poiana Mare (Dolj), a remote place in the extreme south-west of Romania. Together with local church members, we want to connect with people and preach the Gospel in an area where far less than 1% of the population are born again believers.

The common team language will be English but the locals will speak Romanian. Do not expect them to know or be confident enough to speak English. There will be a translator on your team. In your acceptance pack, we will send you some basic phrases to learn too.
