I’m Mark, married to Kate and we have an 18 year old son, Josh. I grew up in London then studied in Plymouth (where I came to know Jesus) before living as part of the Lee Abbey community in North Devon. Kate and I met at Lee Abbey and both found our time on community deeply formative and enriching and it has shaped what we have done since and how we seek to live. We married in 2001 and lived in Tewkesbury where I worked for Gloucestershire social services, working with adults with learning disabilities. God then called us back into community, living and working at Rydal Hall in Cumbria for 6 years as Operations Manager, before moving to The Greenhouse Christian Centre in Poole, Dorset as Centre Director for 11 years.

God has recently led me to join OM in an exciting new challenge, as OM UK’s Chief Operating Officer. My role is to oversee the support services team, who enable the wider mission of OM UK to take place effectively. I’m passionate about supporting and growing the team to help deliver OM’s vision of ‘reaching the least reached’ with excellence and honouring God in everything we do.
