In order to set up your fundraising page on our website for you, we will need to know what you are planning to do, and how much you want to raise In the description please provide a clear over view of what you are planning to do (write it carefully, use a spell checker and maybe even get somebody else to check it over before you send it to us). We can also give you the option of what you want to call your fundraiser and for you to create a personalised url (eg www.uk.om.org/fundraising-for-kerry) Please note that funds given over the target will go directly to support OM ministry.
Once you have sent in this form, we’ll also need a photo. Could you email that separately to [email protected]. Please make sure the photo is of good quality taken on a camera or modern smartphone. Please don’t just copy something from your social media account and forward to us! Completed everything? Then send it in and we’ll get going on your fundraiser page!
