Gary Baxter: Youth Relationship Manager

Gary started his time with OM by serving for 2 years onboard Logos Hope. Whilst onboard Logos Hope Gary saw just how valuable it is for young people to experience something beyond what they would ordinarily, as well as receiving unique training and support along the way. 

In his current role with OM Gary works with youth leaders to support them in building excitement about God's work across the world. He develops training for youth leaders and connects them to opportunities for their youth groups and young people to serve in the mission field and experience God at work.

Arnold Mabiala: Teenstreet UK Co-ordinator

As the TeenStreet UK co-ordinator, Arnold is responsible for all TeenStreet staff and volunteers. Arnold is also the youth pastor at connection Church Centre, his local church in Birmingham where he has been part of since 2007. “Youth ministry is more than a job for me; it’s my passion. I want to invest in the next generation because I know that God has a plan for them, and He will use them to transform our nation”- Arnold.
