Nem is from Pembrokeshire in South Wales. After joining OM in 2015 she served for 7 and a half years with the team in Italy and is now about to join OM in Ireland.

In Ireland she will be involved in training and discipling young people as well as being a part of the people care team.

She has also recently become the Director for the Joshua Journey programme, which is a year long leadership development programme for young leaders in OM.
