Short term Mission Application Form (For ages 13-17) Hi! We’re glad you’re interested in going on a short-term outreach. Unless stated otherwise, you’ll need to be accompanied by a responsible adult for the outreach. Two exciting aspects of our outreaches are working together as a team for the glory of God, and experiencing another culture. These are great opportunities to build your faith and grow closer to God. We do not promise that the experience will be easy, but you will be blessed and be a blessing in taking the good news about Jesus to those who need Him. In line with our child protection safeguarding policy, all accepted participants 16 and over may be required to have a valid enhanced DBS certificate to work with children. If completed through us it costs an additional £20 There is a £50 non-refundable deposit required when you apply, which can be paid by cheque, online or by phone.
