David joined OM in Autumn 2023 as he retired from serving 20+ years as Operations Director for https://lifechurch.uk.net/

Prior to that he worked in finance, IT and operations roles in international companies, British public sector and not-for-profit organizations. David will continue to be based in Manchester, UK, and serve on his church's Senior Leadership Team and as a Trustee for https://formission.org.uk/

David is excited to be serving OM in the Caribbean as Operations Director, where he will work closely with the Field Director and his team, the Country Leaders and the various Boards who provide strategic direction to the work. They all collaborate to mobilise some of the many believers in the Caribbean nations to go all over the world to share the gospel in word and deed. The latter includes many projects where some of the practical needs of the people-groups that they're ministering to are met.
