Karina moved to Halesowen, UK from Miami, USA when she joined OM in 2014.

Over the years, she has served as a personal assistant to leaders in various ministries (OM Algeria, Global Brand Management, and Global Experience).

She enjoys volunteering her free time, mostly to mentor students or help around the OM training base when needed.   

Her heart is very much in loving and encouraging people around her.
