To provide a comprehensive administration service (Infrastructure and Finance) to all line managers and employees in the UK, for them to be empowered to be fruitful in their ministry and role in support of OM’s Mission.

  • Ensure that the use of resources, capital assets, processes and relevant decisions are consistent with the Christian ethos and values of OM UK
  • Administer all aspect of the OM Motor fleet insurance arrangements including contributing to annual renewal negotiation.
  • Handle all administration relating to all OM staff mobile phone contracts including issuing, monthly bills and renewals. 
  • Manage the operating of the telephone system including updating and circulating of internal telephone directory.
  • Maintain system for monitoring and ordering mailroom and office supplies including relevant re-charges to departments.
  • Handle all arrangements for routine maintenance tasks and basic repairs for all OM vehicles by use of spreadsheet and conduct annual driver data update.
  • Support Infrastructure Lead in budget setting and monitoring.
  • Assist/ support Infrastructure Lead with preparation for and carrying out negotiations, repairs, renewals as required.   
  • Deputise for the Infrastructure Lead as situations require.

This role requires you to have a Right to Work in the UK.
