Estates Church Planter We’re looking for people who think outside of the box, are self-motivated, and eager to engage in urban ministry. Pioneering new ministries in one of the most international cities of the world; partnering with local expressions of church in some of the most socially deprived neighbourhoods. Those from the Middle East and North Africa are living in tough communities alongside white working class families. If you have a heart to learn through unique opportunities, then urban work in London and Birmingham (potentially other cities as well), is a fit for you. Start Date: as soon as possible Commitment Length: 1-2 years (full-time) You must have: A willingness to connect meaningfully with diverse people groups in urban estates. A passion to explore creative ministry methods. A heart to encourage and equip new believers and seekers. A desire to see the local church mobilised into outreach. A teachable attitude. Good spoken English. Most people joining OM raise financial support towards the cost of their salaries/expenses. This is usually through gifts from home churches and other supporters.
