Tonga mobile health clinic, Zimbabwe

Ursula Conlong-Griffiths

The Tonga people are the forgotten people in Zimbabwe- pushed away from the Zambezi shoreline when the river was dammed and flooded to make way for the new Kariba lake in the 1950s. They use to live off fishing and the rich alluvial soil gave them 3 crops a year. Now some distance form the shore they have very arid land which does not produce good crops. They have been left to struggle for their survival . I want to bless them and raise money for this much needed Ministry.
