Creative Ministry Leader Do you have the expertise to run a community outreach project? Do you have skills that could bless a diverse community and create a safe space for the Gospel to be shared? The community has typical inner-city social challenges, combined with immigrant communities from many nations. You would be working with local churches and other partners to help vibrant communities be formed among the least-reached. Start Date: as soon as possible Commitment Length: as long as possible (full-time) You must have: A willingness to serve the wider community and learn to communicate your faith in a way that they understand. Good spoken English and a willingness to engage with other cultures. Experience in sharing God’s love in an urban context. A desire to love people and pray for them. Most people joining OM raise financial support towards the cost of their salaries/expenses. This is usually through gifts from home churches and other supporters.
