OM’s vision is to see vibrant communities of Jesus followers among the least reached. We focus on evangelism, discipleship and church planting among those who have not yet heard of Christ. Do you feel called to evangelise the least reached? If so, we are looking for you, and many more like you, to join one of our teams around the world for 1 year, 2 years or longer.

In Matthew 28, Jesus tells His followers to “go and make disciples of all nations...teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you” (vv. 19-20; NIV).

As believers in Christ, we are commissioned to be His witnesses in every country, people group and culture. We are called to deliver His message of hope, to proclaim to the world what He’s done in us—and what He can do for others.

OM's message and experience has always been that God uses ordinary people (like you) to reach other ordinary people. Although there is one central truth in evangelism, every person needs the forgiveness of God through Jesus Christ to be restored into fullness of life, there are unlimited places to transmit that message: on the streets of Thailand, sipping tea in Turkey, surfing in Portugal, teaching English in Ukraine, caring for the sick in Africa and many more!

OM works in over 110 countries and reaches port communities via our ship, Logos Hope too. If you can imagine it, OM is probably doing it somewhere. Why not join us?

• An openness to stay in a region long-term is a plus

Raising Support

Most people joining OM raise financial support towards the cost of their salaries/expenses. This is usually through gifts from home churches and other supporters. Training and support in this will be provided.
